What countries do you ship to?

We ship all over KSA and GCC countries.

What about customs?

We are currently taking care of all local and international taxes and duties (including VAT). We are also covering all shipping costs for all orders (whether it's your first order or not).

How long will I have to wait to get my package delivered to me?

If you are in Riyadh, most orders will be delivered to you within 1-2 days (including weekends and holidays). For all other cities in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries, your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days (as these are usually handled by the postal service which is out of our control). If your order does not get delivered within this timeframe, we will make sure to contact you and inform you ahead of time.

How can I check the status of my order?

If your shipping address is in Riyadh, we will contact you immediately after your order has been placed to provide you with the delivery time. For all other cities in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries, you will receive an email after your order has been placed with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@iambetter.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/refunds if the order arrives on-time and in great condition. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@iambetter.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
